We want you to feel the difference. That’s why we offer a 60-Day Risk-Free Trial from the date of delivery. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return within this period.

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date

  • The product must be in good, resellable condition (light use for testing is acceptable)

  • The product must not show signs of excessive or prolonged use

  • All original parts, accessories, and components must be included

  • The item should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@drmayoo.com with your Order Number.

All returns must be approved before shipping.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After this time, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.

Refunds & Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

  • Full Refunds: Issued for items returned in accordance with this policy

  • Partial Refunds: May be issued if the item shows signs of use beyond normal testing, damage, or missing parts

  • Restocking Fee: Up to 15% may apply to cover inspection and handling

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Requests made after the 60-day period

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper assembly

  • Items missing essential components

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover all costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours with photos or videos.
We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
